Coin Casket. New York: Charles Kalish, 1970s. Four coins vanish one at a time as the box is opened and shut. All four coins then reappear at the conclusion of the effect. Heavy brass construction with tooled black leather case ruled in gilt. 2 ? x 1 ? x 2 ?". Very good, and finely made. Klosterman collection inventory number under base; obtained by Ken Klosterman directly from Charles Kalish, one of his early mentors.
