The document has the details of the land exchange written out in an unknown hand. 4 horizontal folds, each fold completely or nearly completely torn, worn, soiled. Fair. This document is an indenture for land record, signed by Douglass. Although the document is quite rough, Douglass' signature is bold and clear. From the renowned personal collection of Dr. George D.
