Drives erratically forward, backwards, and pops up on back wheels while the driver stands up and sits down. Length approx. 7?. Scattered minor surface abrasions and paint loss. Vibrant colors and good shine. Working but finicky, may need adjustment. [With]: Original black and white photograph of unknown mother and two boys, one of whom holds the G.I. Joe car. Stamped ?1949? verso. Slightly warped with surface soiling. Good.
