GALLAGHER (Leo Gallagher Jr., 1946 - 2022). Sledge-O-Matic Sledgehammer, with Album Art Sketch. Circa 2000s-2010s. Hand-made wooden block hammer with handle attached; twine wrapped and stapled to base. Presumably used onstage by the comedian in his signature "Sledge-O-Matic" routine, culminating in the smashing of a watermelon. Approx. 36 x 8 x 4 1/2".
