GALLAGHER (Leo Gallagher Jr., 1946 - 2022). Watermelon and Other Prop Costumes. Circa 1980s-2000s. A collection of the comedian's prop costumes, comprising: a large foam-padded watermelon suit, presumably from Gallagher's signature watermelon-smashing bit; a pair of rubber-and-wire wings with buckles; and two clip-on foam kilts sewn from men's dress-ties. Presumably stage-used. Sizes vary. Watermelon approx. 60 x 29 x 7".
Condition
Heavy soiling and wear from use, including surface dirt and large stains.
