Group of snapshot photographs depicting U.S. soldiers in Alaska during the Aleutian campaign, including group portraits, camp scenes, and wartime images. Versos dated February and June 1943 place the photographs before and after the Battle of Attu. One photograph is identified on verso as “Japanese prisoners,” and another shows deceased soldiers. Various sizes.
