HOUDINI, Harry (Erik Weisz, 1874?1926). Houdini Man From Beyond Press Photo. [New Jersey]: Oetrick, [1922]. Houdini receives a bouquet of flowers outside the Roosevelt Theatre where his film, The Man from Beyond was playing in combination with his Wonder Show of 1923 stage production (headed by Frederick Eugene Powell). This image was first published in the Hudson Dispatch on September 9, 1922. 8 x 10". Corners chipped, scrapbook remnants to verso. Provenance: Collection of Beatrice Houdini, passed to consignor by descent.
