Condition

Binding worn, soiled, joints cracking, text toned, somewhat edgeworn, first pages with ownership signature. Good. An excellent run of this pre-Civil War era newspaper with articles about Nullification, Andrew Jackson's inauguration, Native American forced removals and the Trail of Tears, the Blackhawk wars, deaths of some of the early presidents, death of Charles Carroll of Carrollton (the last surviving signer of the Declaration of Independence), and more.
