Features a central shield with Masonic symbols, including a compass and square, alongside American flags. Further inscribed ?Hamburg Council No. 8 / O. of I.A. / Hamburg, PA." Paint with cracking and resultant loss, particularly in central image. Minor staining throughout. Unrolled 38 x 28 ? x 1 ?".
