POWELL, William (1892-1984) and LOY, Myrna (1905-1993). Pair of Signed Cards, Framed with a Still from "Shadow of the Thin Man". [N.p., ca. 20th century]. Two signed plain index cards, framed with a still from "The Shadow of the Thin Man" (1941) depicting Nick, Nora, and Asta Charles entering a restaurant in formal garb. Sight of cards approximately 2 1/2 x 4 1/2". Sight of still approximately 9 x 7". All framed together under glass. Frame size approximately 19 x 17". 

William Powell and Myrna Loy were one of the most popular film couples of all time, starring together in 6 "Thin Man" comedy-mysteries ("The Shadow of the Thin Man" was the fourth in the series). Their onscreen chemistry as sleuths Nick and Nora Charles charmed audiences for years. Their dog, the wire-haired fox terrier, Asta (played by "Skippy") was the most famous canine actor of his day.
