Signed by both on front near their images. Associated Press inkstamp on verso. This image was used to as a basis for the Roosevelt's Christmas 1941 gift, with several examples signed by them given to friends and allies.
Condition
Right margin of photo neatly trimmed, photo toned, soiled (especially near Eleanor - some soiling seems to be glue residue,) verso of photo with glue residue surrounding AP inkstamp, a bit wrinkled, Eleanor's signature a bit faded. Good. Offered with a small presentation plate for Christmas 1941, "A Merry Christmas from The President and Mrs. Roosevelt" (approximately 4 x 3").
