Skilfully recased, front joint repaired near bottom, cloth rubbed, occasionally worn, corners slightly bumped, spine toned, front board with creases at bottom (apparently repaired), front hinge starting, endleaves lightly soiled, text lightly toned with occasionally foxed, a few leaves a bit roughly opened at margins (no apparent loss to text). Very good. FIRST EDITION. A series of articles that originally appeared in Benares magazine here collected in book form because they were so popular and considered so accurate.
