MULLICA, Tom (1948 - 2016). Tom Mullica's Red Skelton Costumes and Performing Props. 2000s. A collection of custom made and tailored coats, hats, ties, pants, and related props for Mullica's performance as Red Skelton in his long-running tribute to the master comedian, clown, and movie star. 

Included are approximately thirteen different costumes, from long topcoats and suit jackets to bib overalls and checkered shirts with matching accessories, used in all aspects of the performance, including the famous "Guzzler's Gin" routine, and as Freddy the Freeloader, and other Skelton characters. Several hats are part of the grouping, as are props for the various routines - cowbells, shoes, makeup brushes, bottles (for the "Gin" routine and bearing Skelton's image), makeup mirrors, dentures, and other articles. 

Also included is a director's chair with the name "Red" printed on the rear fabric panel, and a wooden oar printed with Skelton's likeness on one side of the blade. A large and diverse offering of costume material for a hilariously funny performance of the only authorized Red Skelton tribute show. 

Wear from regular professional use, but generally good condition.
