NIXON, Richard M. (1913-1994).  Typed Letter Signed [And:] First Trade Edition of Seize the Moment... Letter: Woodcliff Lake, NJ, July 22, 1992. On off-white personal stationery. Addressed [in Nixon's hand] "Dear Paul," and signed "RN" [Paul Wohl, managing editor of the Santa Ynez Valley News]. Approximately 10 1/2 x 7". 2 horizontal creases, and with typed mailing envelope on Nixon's stationery. Fine. 

Condition

In this cordial letter from Nixon, the former president thanks Mr. Wohl for his visit to Solvang, and complimenting Wohl's column on Eric Severreid. [And:] Ibid. Seize the Moment. America's Challenge in a One-Superpower World. New York: Simon & Schuster, [1992]. 8vo. 322 pp. Publisher's binding, unclipped dust jacket. Fine. FIRST TRADE EDITION, PRESENTATION COPY, INSCRIBED BY NIXON ON THE HALF-TITLE: "To Paul Wohl with best wishes from Richard Nixon 7-23-92".
